Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and dk44 ("dk44", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://dk44.bio and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the dk44 Platform — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without qualification or reservation.

Eligibility

Use of the dk44 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times while you maintain an active account:

dk44 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to cooperate with a verification request may result in the temporary suspension of your account pending resolution.

Account Registration & KYC Verification

To access the full range of dk44 services, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.

One Account Rule: Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) dk44 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any balances held across duplicate accounts may be voided at dk44's discretion.

KYC Verification: dk44 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering and player protection frameworks. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at registration or at any subsequent point:

• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests submitted to verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within 1–3 business days for bank transfers. dk44 does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have previously been used to make a deposit and that are verified as belonging to the account holder. dk44 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request. Funds derived from active bonus wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.

Bonuses & Promotions

dk44 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, which shall be read alongside these Terms. Where any conflict exists, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence with respect to that Promotion.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds (for sports bets) will be specified in the promotion detail. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method.

• dk44 reserves the right to withdraw any Promotion at any time and to amend promotional terms with reasonable notice.

Game Rules & Fair Play

Responsible Gaming

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a serious breach of these Terms. • Creating multiple accounts or accounts using false personal details
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform; reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract any software element; scrape, crawl, or index any part of the Platform without express written permission; or create derivative works based on any dk44 intellectual property.

All third-party game content remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers. dk44 neither claims ownership over nor grants any rights to third-party game assets beyond those necessary for game play within the Platform.

Limitation of Liability
